We ship through Australia Post and DHL.

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday and dependent on the Australia Post network, so please check your postcode on their site.

Weekend orders will usually be dispatched on the following Monday, depending on volume.

CardEX offers flat-rate shipping* for standard size parcels across Australia, covering both regular and express services.

A tracking number will be provided.

We provide shipping estimates to our valued international customers and welcome inquiries from residents in countries not currently listed.

While we take great care of your shipment, please note that CardEx assumes no responsibility for untracked packages. Kindly consider this factor before making a purchase. For shipping estimates or inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us through the provided channels.

Our return policy covers a 30-day period. If a month has passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

For a return to be eligible, your item should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, please ensure it is in its original packaging.

Upon receiving and examining your return, you'll receive an email confirmation acknowledging the receipt of your item. Subsequently, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund.

In the event of approval, the refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specific timeframe.
